How much does it cost to ship goods to Europe?

The price depends on the actual distance, the volume of goods, the type of service and any additional options (handling, packing, tail lift, multiple floors). The quote is free, fixed-price and confirmed before loading: for example, expect to pay from €460 for a small furniture removal from Brussels to Paris, and from €1,600 for a full house removal (28 m³) to Barcelona, with flexible dates.

How long does it take for you to respond?

We’ll send you a quote within 24 hours and schedule the visit within 24 to 48 hours for Belgium and neighbouring countries. For southern Europe, please allow 5 to 10 days to ensure the best possible slot — except in emergencies, when same-day dispatch remains possible.

Is my furniture insured whilst it’s being transported?

Yes. Every consignment includes the carrier’s contractual liability (CMR) and basic cover. For valuables, works of art or antiques, ad valorem insurance is available upon declaration of value. Any reservations must be noted on the delivery note and confirmed in writing within 72 hours.

How is the price calculated?

Five factors: actual distance travelled, volume (m³), type of service, options selected and date. Fuel, tolls, insurance and basic handling are always included. No weekend, evening or public holiday surcharges, and no price hikes on the day of hire.

Do you offer assistance with handling and packing?

Yes: our drivers also act as removal assistants. They carry, dismantle, reassemble, protect and secure items. A two-person team, a furniture lift or packing materials can be added to the quote.

Can I reduce the cost by using a consolidated shipment?

Absolutely. Groupage involves combining your consignment with those of other customers on the same route (Brussels → Barcelona, Brussels → Milan…), which reduces the price by 20 to 35 %. In return, the delivery window is wider and is confirmed the day before.

What are the delivery times to Europe?

For dedicated freight: Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne, London → same day or next day. Milan, Zurich, Berlin, Barcelona, Warsaw → 1 to 2 days. Madrid, Stockholm, Vienna → 2 to 3 days. Lisbon, Porto → 3 to 4 days. For groupage shipments, allow an extra 1 to 2 days depending on the route.
